THE SOUND STUDIO AND THE COURSE OF ORCHESTRA RECORDING

Around the same time as the release of the album “Inspirations” by Andreas Roempke in Years 2018 creatednd the first ideas and concepts the original compositions for classical to expand the guitar and with different Orchestral parts to arrange.

Easter 2020 developed from an exercise for an E-Guitar student, 4 “Chords” on depth Using strings in progressive rock (Cm, Eb/Bb, F5add9, G5), a chord progression, which serves as the basis for a new piece with classicguitar served. One week

later was the Conclusion to a 184-bar piece entitled “Hidden Song of the Noble Born” set, the title hides a reference to eA tribute to the great composer of the Film historyEnnio Morricone.

The first part of the work was played with cellos, violashen, 1st and 2nd violin, followed by Bassoon, oboe and flute. There would now be 16 instrumentalists on stage here.romp around, led by the classical guitar at the top".

But first we had to start recording the guitar in the studiou start. As with the previous album “Inspirations”, one found oneself in the small but extremely fine Single coil music recording studio“ by Florian Speth in Sinzing near Regensburg again.

Florian, also an excellent musician himself, Drualways & Multi-instrumentalist, gets it hardly to move like a second person in the art of sound engineering. He doesn’t “just” record, heworks hand in hand with the artist, he immerses himself in the composer's world of thoughts and artists and creates it from simple melody to complex complexity of an orchestral work gives the pieces a deep liveliness.give. Songs are created that at bring images to life for the listenerinvite you to dream and youn as it were “like with Children's eyesen listening“ take you to another world.

It was also he who had the idea of leaving the guitar played freely and without a metronome.and adapt the orchestral voices to their dynamics and tempos. What is basically simple sounds the guitar is playedtaken, that played with Sibelius notes, the orchestral parts arranged to do this, the converted Midi-files for Original imported, with VST-Soundsprovided, everything adjusted and finally mastered proves in practice to be more complex Prozess and posed a special challenge for the sound engineer and his composers.

Here you will soon see and hear an example of “becoming” an orchestral recording:
