One of the best ways to develop your English, grammar, and writing skills is to have your written works corrected by a Specialist at the American Institute for English Proficiency.  Here are the required assignments of all students who want to get their certificate:

  1. Essay #1: Write an essay why you believe is it important to be a good English speaker?  Please use the Five Elements.  Make sure it is accompanied by photos.  Post your essay here on The Five Elements Website.  Minimum of 300 words.
  2. Essay #2: Write an essay describing your experience at the American Institute for English Proficiency.  What did you learn?  What did you enjoy?  What will you remember most?  Make sure your essay is accompanied by photos.  Minimum of 500 words.
  3. Discussion: Participate in the discussion by commenting on the articles already written and posted on the website here on The Five Elements and the American Institute for English Proficiency websites (10 posts each with at least three sentences).

These assignments are meant to demonstrate your writing and thinking skills to ensure that you indeed have given time and effort in achieving your certificate.  Congratulations in advance for your well-deserved Certificate of Achievement.  Where ever you go, you know that when you see your certificate, you have truly worked for it.

    Cake baking is fun and simple operation can be done by virtually anyone. Before you begin, you will need several components. It includes cake mix, water, cooking oil, eggs, cooking spray, cake and frosting. You will also need the following supplies: a large pot, blender, spoon, knife, round two of the nine-inch pans, cooling rack, and the cake pan. Will be a delicious cake and appetite be your reward to follow the necessary steps in this process.

    The first thing you should do is preheat the oven to your 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Be sure to check inside the oven for any pans that can be stored inside. Depending on your oven, it may take about fifteen minutes to heat up. While you’re waiting for the oven to heat up, you should spray the inside of your pans with cooking spray and start preparing the cake batter.

    In a large bowl, combine cake mix your own with 1 cup of water, 1/3 cup of cooking oil and 3 eggs. Using your mixer, mixing the ingredients on light-speed one minute or even wet period. Then you have to increase the mixing speed to medium and beat for another minute. After mixing the ingredients, pour the mixture evenly into pans round. Use a spoon to scrape any extra battery from the pot to the pans.

    Bake the cake at 350 degrees F for 27-31-minutes, depending on your oven. Be sure to keep a watchful eye on your cake while it is baking. It is important to maintain a calm atmosphere in the kitchen and calm while the cake and bread so that the center of the cake does not collapse.     Exercising is fun but come to think of it except Diet……. Diet is hard right? especially when you don’t have something or any ideas to motivate yourself more. So this are a few steps….. 3 steps that can help you motivate more to diet.
    How to motivate yourself more to DIET:

    1st Step: Before and while exercising think of a Question, Why am I doing this? Why do I want to do this? and after thinking of a question, answer it….. Can’t think of an answer? Just think that what would a diet help me in the future? like “I kow this is hard but in the future this can really change me good”.

    2nd step: Always bring salad or healthy food…… so when you saw a food that helps you to avoid diet, it can always remind you abut the 1st step but if you can’t really help it, repeat the 1st step.

    3rd step: Don’t let stress and depression take over you! take away all the bad vibes, all the things that can make you sad because depression makes you feel alone and lonely and it makes you stay at home watching tv and eating junk foods and you know junk foods can make you stop right in this process? right? So always think happy! They say bad vibes is not allowed so always be happy!
